The Brief – Planning Your Conference Video

Every conference video project begins with a structured briefing session designed to fully understand your objectives and how the final video will be used.

This initial meeting is typically conducted via Microsoft Teams or in person and allows us to define filming requirements, identify key highlights, and establish the critical moments that need to be captured during your event. Given the time-sensitive nature of live conference filming, a clearly documented brief is essential to ensuring a smooth and efficient production on the day.

Filming – Professional Conference & Event Coverage

For live conference and event video production, our crew arrives well in advance of the scheduled start time or the day prior where required. This allows for full technical setup, optimal multi-camera placement, and the identification of opportunities to capture supporting B-roll footage.

We work closely with the event’s sound and technical teams to capture high-quality audio directly from on-stage microphones, ensuring clear and professional sound throughout the final conference video.

Editing & Final Deliverables

Following the completion of filming, all footage is transferred into post-production. This stage includes professional video editing, colour correction and grading, audio balancing, and the addition of licensed background music where appropriate.
